Get a second opinion from another dealership.... I've got 45k on my 2020 LT 6.2 (and I drive aggressively) and brake life in still in the 90% range. There is likely an underlying problem! Plus: What Gangly said above!

30 thousand plus miles on my Duratracs now, while they are wearing very well, they seem to have become much louder, the humming noise gets louder at about 40 to 50 mph, concrete roads seem to contribute more to the problem. I may take Rascal171's advise and look at Toyos this summer!

Love my RotoFab, running for over a year, no issues, not obnoxious just sounds healthy! Didn't seem to do much for mileage but I think it feels stronger... and bonus is it looks much better than stock!

I've not experienced that when slowing down but do hear a slight rattel on cold starts! Been suggested that it may be the exhaust near the dual outlets. Sounds more underneath to me though?

I ran an S&B on my old 2010 Camaro, good intake. Have a Rotofab on the TB, no problems. You might also consider reaching out to S&B direct for suggestions!

Make sure all your clamps along the intake assembly are tight, no air leaks. They need to be retightened after initial assembly! Might be something worth looking at?

Occasionally I hear a bit of a "rattle" on cold starts, just for a moment. After listening more carefully I have concluded that it is an exhaust noise. I beleive it is coming from the bottom of the truck, hence some kind of start up exhaust sound near the catalytic converters, maybe some sort...

The dealership had mine replaced by a glass company after trying the sealing repair first.... which didn't work. The new rear window hasn't leaked since its install about a year ago!
