Umm nothing? This is nothing new. My advice as a GM tech is just get an extended warranty like I did on my truck. Also change your oil around 4k miles.
Go with the GM intake. As others have said they reprogram the ECM for it. If not just run the GM filter. I have seen soo many issues with people running K&N and ruining their MAF sensor.
Ive seen leaking windshields, roof mounted antennas and rear glass but literally zero sunroofs leak soo far. Not saying its not impossible, just not common. You can loosen and adjust the glass if that helps.

Dealer tech here. I have seen multiple 3.0l Radiators leak now. Also a lot of problems with the coolant flow control valve assembly. Glad I have a 6.2L
Only upper arms I have seen are on lifted trucks. GM requires us to send in pictures before we can warranty any control arms. Pretty simple, if you lift it replace your upper arms or your ball joints are going to overextend and break.
