While I don’t have a Trail Boss, I just put the 2” TB lift on my ‘22 refresh Silverado LTZ w/ the 3.0. I want to bring the front up a little more and was thinking about going with only a 1/2” additional level and at the same time, go with a 1.5” block vs the 2” TB block in the rear to still keep a little rake.

I don’t want to go over 2.5” overall in the front since I don’t want to have to mess with new UCs right now.

Has anybody done a .5” level on the TB and a 1.5” block?

On a TB, if you raise the front .5in and the rear 1.5in, the rear would be way higher than the front and no where near level.

I’m not raising the rear an additional 1.5”. In my earlier post I said I wanted to replace the 2” block with a 1.5” block essentially LOWERING the rear .5 inches.

Just go with a 1” block in rear, that’s what I did on a 2021 TB very little rake.

@RdHog - looking at potentially doing this with my Stock TB. Do you think the reverse level actually drops the overall height of the truck by any amount? I just posted in a different thread, I may be dealing with sixteenths of an inch of clearance for a parking garage.

Yeah dropping the rear 1” might of drop the top of truck 1/2” don’t really know.

That actually works out really well since I already have a set. They came off my previous 2008 when I added a taller block and kept the stock blocks.

I’m splitting hairs here but that block is actually 1.25” if anybody is real picky about height.

I’ll probably reuse the u-bolts even though they are technically single-use fasteners. I figured one re-use won’t hurt as long as they are torqued properly.
