19 5.3 Rough Down-shift after driving in high gear.

After driving on highway or interstate then coming to a stop, extremely rough down-shift. Dealer said it’s the computer and reset the “adaptive values” and did a software update, 600 miles later no improvement. Local mechanic said Chevy is having these issues and a software update is the solution.
