2020 TB 6.2 66k miles not shifting into L

I have a 2020 TB fully stock with 66000 miles and will not shift into L and it has a little resistance when going into D. The shift lever will pull down into position but pops back up into Drive when I let go. Everything shifted properly and smoothly so I didn't think about it. Any ideas?

It could be as simple as low transmission fluid. Hopefully nothing more serious.

Never had anything like this happen, luckily the drivetrain warranty still should cover something like this.
