I probably would have been all over a Chevy version of that type of vehicle with the 6.2. A modern Avalanche TrailBoss would have been pretty compelling. Almost not even worth talking about an unobtanium $150k+++ (with markups) EV that is more vaporware, virtue signaling, and marketing exercise than an actual practical vehicle.

I like the design of the Hummer EV SUV. Too bad they don't offer it with a Duramax 6.6L diesel.

I don't know about all that, but I do think the fact GM recommends only lifting it with a 4 post lift would be a serious nuisance

@MagaWarrior I'm not sure if there is an off topic board, but a giant behemoth EV is nothing but a result of misguided capitalism, not communism. It was likely deleted because in reality the EV Hummer has nothing to do with politics even if you think it does.

As an ex Hummer H3 owner, I find it a sacrilege. And don't tell me a H3 was just a Colorado until you study the differences. Only true identical parts were the engine/trans, different frame, unique BW full-time 4x4 t-case, half ton brakes suspension, and some of the best angles of departure and entrance in the sector.
Therefore, GM can take their PC vehicle, sell it to the millionaires and make the green crowd happy....

Well I guess I need something to talk about to get to 400 replies here.
The specs say that these Hummer EVs weigh over 9,000 pounds. And, as others ... I would rather not make further comments on EVs.
