2022 check trailboss
I’ve got a 2022 Chevy Trail Boss with about 43k miles (purchased used a year ago) and I’m starting to wonder if I might qualify for lemon law or if I’m just getting unlucky.

Here’s what’s been going on:

1. Multiple blown fuses (including ones affecting my tail lights while driving)
2. Recurring check engine lights ( nothing within the last 4 months )
3. Now the clear coat on the paint is failing pretty badly on my front bumper

I’ve had it in for repairs already, and the issues keep coming back. For a truck this new, it just doesn’t seem right.

Do you think this sounds like something that could qualify as a lemon? Or has anyone dealt with something similar and had success getting a buyback or replacement?

Appreciate any insight or experiences — just trying to figure out my next move.

for the fuses and lights....
start by checking the main body grounding locations....as well as the battery cable ends (they corrode under the sheathing and appear to "LOOK" good)

have the battery tested, your about at the normal life for present day batteries (sadly)

as for the paint, that could be from several issues...but to LEMON LAW a vehicle...you need to read up some more, you bought a used vehicle with 40K plus miles on it...that ruling my not lend itself favorable to you.
