I ordered a 2022 LT Trail Boss with some added packages. It basically came to $70k with all the options.
The order hasn't yet been accepted by GM.

I just recently learned of the ZR2 and saw how good those look. I like those just as much as the Trail Boss! :)
I also learned that the ZR2 is described as being a step above the Trail Boss. Apparently, it comes with stuff standard that I could only get on the Trail Boss by adding a certain package.

Here's my question for anyone who would like to share their opinion:
Since I have added packages to the Trail Boss to bring it to $70k, would it have made more sense for me to just order the ZR2 for just a few thousand more?

As I mentioned above, my Trail Boss order hasn't been accepted by GM yet. I wonder if my dealer would let me change my order.

I welcome any/all thoughts on this topic.

I have both and can shed some insight. Here's a post I did summarizing my thoughts. Feel free to ask any questions, man.

I would think you’d make it back in resale value. It’s like a ford raptor vs a tricked out Fx4 the raptor will win the cool points every time.

Sounds like a cool TB.
I ordered my 22r LT TB 6.2l before the ZR2 was available, but no regrets. I don't need the DSSV shocks here in mud country. The ZR2 front end might be nice based on TFL Off Road's tests ,the approach angle is definitely better than the TB.
