Hey gang,
I’m picking up a 2022 Trail boss ZR2 tomorrow,IF the deal that currently someone else has falls theu(fingers crossed)
Or a 2023 Trail Boss-black leveled
Need a bad Exaust and I take-plus I want to have it dumped and tuned,not sure if the pulsar is capable,but I want to be able to flash back for warranty.
Also a tad hesitant on the 6.2 as I heard they have lots of problems and there is a large lawsuit going to happen,so any feedback would be appreciated ,I’m a blue collar American with a family,work hard,my toy needs to be reliable as it will be with me a long time.

ZR2 only came with the 6.2 until 24 when the 3.0 Diesel was the base motor and 6.2 was an option. You're looking at close to $3k for a real programmer. The Pulsar is NOT a tuner. It has some options to tweak tire size, speed limiter, pedal sensitivity, turn off DFM and auto stop/start but doesn't do anything for the actual tune. I have a 21 Trail Boss Custom with the 6.2 and just rolled 30K on it Friday. Zero issues.

I have a 2022 Silverado Custom Trail Boss. What is a 2022 Trail Boss ZR2? As far as I knew, the Trail Boss and the ZR2 are two completely different trims. Am I missing something? Haha!
 
You have severalnTRIM options...
Custom (work truck level interior, no console)
LT-x (GM offers 3 levels with in the LT)
ZR2 highest trim level offroad, with DSSV shocks, lockers....basically more options than 85% of people with them will ever use.

That's exactly what I thought! I did not think there was a "Trail Boss ZR2" trim level. Haha! I have a '22 Custom Trail Boss and I knew the ZR2 was a trim level of its own...it wasn't combined together.
