2023 Colorado bed extender

Has anybody mounted a bed extender on 2023 Colorado TB? Do you need special mounts?

I have Bed Extenders on both my 2017 Colorado, and my 2023 Trail Boss. No special brackets other than what came with the actual extender. They did have to be assembled first.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know what the deal is with mine. There us no flat spot at the tailgate to mount the bracket. On my 2016 z71 you mounted the bracket just like all the instructions say, end of the bed, side by the tailgate. Will attach a photo.
