I placed an order for these using this link. I have a much more expensive ARB deflator I have used a lot. Last week I was out with a buddy in his Wrangler and my TB. He attached 4 of these things and let it rip while I was on my knees monitoring each tires pressure one at a time. Also, I have checked the trucks TPMS dashboard pressures against a quality gage several times and surprised by how accurate it is.

Nice, did he have this same brand? It looks like most of them on Amazon are the same ones, just rebranded.

I was trying to decide between these and a set that offers a (10-40 PSI) range.

He had the all brass ones that look like they are 16 bucks on amazon. Don't do it. They are a pain to change the pressure setting. It is a process. These are all for deflation only so I would not worry about the 30 to 40 range. If your going to air down I cant imagine why anyone would air down to more than 30 PSI.

What pressure do you normally run at while off-road?

With Duratracks I would only go down to 25 because of the weak sidewalls. I am running BFG KM3 now. An incredibly strong tire. I go down to 15 or 20 depending on terrain.

I bought these about a year ago. Honestly, I've never set them. Just put them on and when the TPMS system shows the pressure I want to stop at I go around and remove them. Has worked pretty well so far!
