Picked this up last month with 3k miles on it, off the showroom floor as a manager special, Got it for a better price than a 2023 with 30k miles on I was looking at.
The dealership used it for a demo truck
So far I like it a lot.
I added the leather wrapped steering wheel ($50 Ebay) and did the wiring for the radio controls (https://harnessdr.com/product/2019-2024-silverado-sierra-steering-wheel-lin-bus-harness/), bought an new digital cluster (https://www.whiteautoandmedia.com/product/t1-refresh-cluster-upgrade/) for it but haven't gotten around to finding a dealer that will program it yet

No you have to get it programmed in

After 4 Months of trying to get someone to program the new cluster/steering wheel, I finally found a friend that knew a guy who worked at an auto shop that let him/me borrow a GM MDI 2 programmer and the cables.
I programmed everything myself, Took 15 min and now everything works great.
All in all it cost me $900 for the wheel & Cluster

I called 7 Chevy/GM dealers and 5 of them didn't want anything to do with programming the truck and 2 said they would do it as long as I was good with "If it fails its not our problem"
