4 or 6” lift?

Having a difficult time deciding between a 4 or 6 inch lift. Looking for everyone’s thoughts on what they are doing with their rides.

They come with a 2” lift over stock so if you’re doing 4” you really are only getting an extra 2? If you go 6 keep in mind how big tires and wheels you’d have to get to make the stance look good.
Personally I think the 2” over stock is perfect if anything I’m looking at spacers to get the stance perfect and keep in mind I always wanted a lifted truck so I’m not being too bias.

Interesting. I was under the assumption that it would be on top of the 2” already provided by the dealer. Perhaps someone can chime in and confirm here with information they have from a lift they have installed already.

u need to know for what are you going to lift the boss, for look only? for bigger tires but for rocks, sand?

Definitely just for looks. No time to go off-roading right now.

if just for looks then I suggest the 4" lift only.

Has anyone used the Rough Country leveling kit on truck? Trying to decide if I want to install. heard good and bad things about joints wearing out.
