I guess to each thier own, beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. Oooffff. The owner traded a Silverado for it.

I see a lot of these in our area and I really don't see the appeal...

This video is 22 minutes of your life you will never get back but is pretty funny watching

I personally think the Cybertruck is awful, one of the ugliest vehicles on the road. I wish GM wouldn't have made the EV silverados and sierras looks like Honda Ridgelines.
I do like that it looks like the old avalanche. I had a 13 Black Diamond and that thing was beautiful.

You guys are hurting my ears with EV $hlt. Not ever on my bucket list. Stupidest concept ever invented IMO. To be allowed to drive 300 miles a day and guess what? I can gas up and be gone in less than five minutes not up to eight hours.

the GMC looks more appealing
Until you see the sticker. There's a silverado here local for $76k. Salesman told me that, I told him he could keep it. You can get way more truck for that money. For me, I'd get an HD with a durtymax and call it a day.

There's a bunch of these Cybertrucks around Grand Rapids MI in the last several months. There's one in the parking ramp where I park. The Silverado EV RST stickers at $98K. There was one this summer I looked at on the dealer lot. They had a nice mid level trim 2500 Silverado for $76K that I would take first.

Zero reason an EV should cost more than an ICE vehicle. Other than to recoup the R&D costs. Electric motors are simple and don’t require cooling, exhaust, emissions, etc. Truck people don’t want EVs and if they do they can get a fake truck like a Rivian or the BS CyberCrap.

All bs aside, I'd get a rivian before a cybertruck. They look way better and have better functionality. But ultimately, I'm sticking with my gas powered chevys, unless I stumble onto some big boy money and get a 2500 HD.

I would rather go for 10 root canals before owning that POS! There will never be ANY battery powered junk parked in my driveway. Never!

personally, i dont understand the hate for EV...i did at once feel the same, and thought i would never accept it.

do any of you use battery powered tools ? if so, you may want to trash those as well....same concept.

the EV has its place, not in my driveway...but in some, why not. i have mentally ran this for a while, and recently with a 13 yr old wanting a new dirt bike. SHE wants an electric version. and after some thought...i agree. she can ride around our neighbor hood (no one will complain), she doesnt need money for fuel, and can keep it charging while she sleeps (it is always ready to roll).

anyway, open the mind...realize, YOU dont have to have to buy one. but if it fits someone else's venue....let it be.

you dont see me complaining my pick didnt win... :)

Let me know what your EV'S are worth at trade in time with a depleted battery. Just curious.
