AC 110 outlet in bed

My 110 AC outlet in the bed of my 2023 Chevy Silverado doesn’t seem to work. Anybody else have that problem?

If it’s like my previous truck that had the feature, make sure the switch in the dash is on.

Instructions for use per Manual:
When the ignition is on, power is supplied to the outlets after the DC/AC switch is pressed. A green indicator light on the DC/AC switch indicates when the DC/AC operation is active. One power outlet can be used with electrical equipment that uses a maximum of 400 watts. If both outlets are being used, 400 watts will be shared between the outlets. Ensure that all connected devices do not exceed 400 watt

I have a 2022 refresh and it does not hve the button on the dash. You just plug something into it and it will turn on. Als, the green light will come on when active.

Oh, sorry, was assuming you had the button on the dash. How does that work, just recognizes a load and turns on the inverter?

Yes, I had to ask the dealer about it also. They never updated the manual.

I have no dash button or green light (with truck running or not)...dealer has told me some models are missing connections and are staying hush until someone complains - wtf?! I tried to use it for a heat gun while installing graphics - sadly had to go back to my shop to get a generator. 2023 LT TB.

Way back in my day, in my 2020 HD, you had to press the button marked. Seems light years from the refresh dashes now which I don’t have so not sure how they operate.

Yep - no such button that I can see on my 23 LT. Dealer told me on the phone it just needs to be running and plug something it - duh. No go. My next oil change I have a list of things for them. (Signal flasher alerts me that a bulb is burnt out - then restart truck and it's fine, DEF consumption, box outlet, downshift in transmission is hittin like a freight train when coming to a yield sign etc).... other than that - its a sexy a$$ truck
