Are these spacers or is this factory?

It appears from the picture it’s spacers not factory.. Did you purchase your truck new or used?

Got it used so I don’t know if they were added but sure looks that way.

It should be a U shape that goes from one side to the other for the spacer. The stock setup uses a U clip nut on the bottom of the strut and the bolt goes from the bottom of the lower arm upwards towards the swaybar.
