Baja Designs XL Linkable Lightbar

Anyone tried to mount a BD XL Linkable lightbar to the front bumper? I have a 2021 Trailer Boss and haven’t crawled under to see if there are other things under/behind the bumper. Looking at BD description of 2.8 inches it might clear.

i have eyed both the BD and the KC versions...my thoughts have always to fab a bar that protruded from the grille opening or a gap between the bumper and valance...possibly even the tow hook area...

Can’t advise, but I can say that the S8 straight bar with 24 led will fit behind the grill. Also incorporates amber driving light mode

That was my original plan.

Bought the BD 30” S8 light but the GODZ mount I was planning on using doesn’t seem to be available any more.

Website up but everything is listed as sold out and no one answers email or phone calls for months now.

I haven’t mounted it yet. Still waiting for the mounting brackets but looks like it will be fine.

I like the style of this mount but none exist (that I’ve seen) at a much, much lower price point.

Plan right now is to go through the bumper.

I agree with your opinion on the westcott design. I would have bought it if they had one that fit.

I was going to try GODZ manufacturing behind the grill 30” but GODZ has gone silent for months. They should post something so customer know what’s going on.
