Hello all again! Topic is what hand held tuners have y’all used or prefer????

I’ve researched the pulsar and hand held tuners and come to find out for the price less than pulsar I can get the Same as pulsar plus a tune for the truck! There are many tuners but from what I’ve seen the only thing that pops up for my 2022 trail boss custom is the pulsar?? I want a tuner! Help please!! Thanks guys!!

Is there a legit program/tune for the 2019+ Silverado platform? I’m not really into that anymore so I’m ignorant but interested👍

look up Diablosport intuner. I’ve not used it but it’s the only alternative I’ve seen

I am not sure what is available for 2022, as I think the ECM is programmed a little differently than the pre-refresh models and I don't think anyone has cracked it yet. But for my 2021 6.2, I have the Superchips tuner. It adds as much as 45 horses to the tires in the mid range, and peak horsepower is +17 to the tires. I love it! You can tune for towing, economy, and 87 octane as well. And it has all of the same functionality adjustments as the Pulsar.

What's something like that run?

The electrical architecture of the refresh trucks was totally redesigned so it won't work. The Pulsar IS NOT a tuner anyways. It allows you to adjust throttle sensitivity, top speed, tire size, and disable AFM/DFM and auto stop/start.
And works like a champ.... The Pulsar makes the 6.2 a real V8 again and you well know.

Not sure of handheld but last tune I had on a truck was a mail order from Black Bear tuning. Very good at what they do for Chevy trucks.

for a refresh truck (very expensive to tune)...i highly recommend it, and recommend the Banks over any other...simply for he safety default if something goes wrong.

i love mine, and after a few drives to dial in where i wanted it....i havent even looked at it for months.
here is a preview of how tit looks....and that CITY setting (orange)....will flat boil a set of 35's under this 6.2

Ordered mine yesterday! First have to go to the dealer tomorrow to fix the issue with the computer rebooting every 5 minutes. Then I'll be good to go!

Update: Removed my phone, turned off Android auto, then re-synced my phone, and the issue is gone! Maps and everything works great and no random restarting!! Spray in bedliner tomorrow!
