I have a 2022 refresh. I removed the chrome Silverado and LT badges from my tailgate. I have the multi-flex and almost removed the bow tie, but decided to leave it - at least for now. Anyway, does anyone know of a black overlay that’s available to cover the chrome border on the bow tie? For the grille and / or tailgate? I couldn’t find anything but figured I would ask. I have ordered a can of Hyperdip to cover it. Was also thinking of vinyl wrap, but I haven’t ever wrapped anything.

I had graphics shop cover the chrome on mine with vinyl, but having to redo as they overstretched will add pics when finally finished with redo.

I purchased some black vinyl wrap on Amazon and covered up the chrome on my front bowtie. First attempt didn’t go too well, but it was easy to peel off and try again. Vinyl was pretty cheap and the roll I purchased had plenty of material for multiple attempts just make sure your cutting blade is sharp!

Quick question How hard was it to do those lights on the grille?

Hardest part is getting the entire grill shell off. Watch videos for the locations of the pop tabs. Take your time, go slow. Once the grill is off the rest is fairly straightforward.
