Friends I have a 2021 TB with 38k miles on it and dash brake % is showing 70% front and 14% back. Anyone experience this, shouldn’t the front wear faster than back. Not much towing has been done with truck. Thoughts , before I start replacing. Thanks!

The front will generally wear faster than the rear. Crawl under the rear of the truck and check the pads. If the pads look good, then you have a bad sensor and can go about resolving the issue. If the pads are worn out evenly on both sides of the rear of the truck, you might need to check the system for proper brake force distribution.

There was a recall on this about the percentage readings being inaccurate. I think it's just a simple software update. Try contacting your dealer to see if this recall applies to your truck. Mine had one and the percentages went back up afterwards.

I just replaced my rear pads. I have a 2020 with 35,000 miles on it. Had it in for state inspection and it failed. The outside pad looked brand new but the inside one was wore down to almost nothing. The tech said the caliper was sliding fine and not froze up so he doesn't know what was going on. I occasionally tow a 6x12 cargo trailer but it's not that heavy.
