Breaks feel like they slip when stopping

2023 Trail Boss Custom feels like the brakes are slipping when I come to a complete stop. Almost feels like they stop and then jump forward slightly.

If I don’t break all the way and I let up a little and roll to a stop I don’t feel it. Anyone else have this issue?

Take it back to the dealer. Sounds like an ABS issue.

my back right wheel is making a noise ( scraping) as the wheel turns......increases/decreases with speed.......equally present with or without applying the brakes....rock?....something loose?
