I’ve been experiencing really erratic shifting in 2022 TB 6.2 refresh. Had the dealer tranny specialist take a ride with me yesterday who felt what I was talking about but said he wasn’t sure if it was DFM or something else. I’m scheduled to take it back Monday for a drop off so they can attempt a more thorough eval. In the meantime I found this article that states this….GM says no recalls pertaining to this so I’m not sure why an article would make it up if there wasn’t something somewhere to support it.

Here is the article on GM Authority that also references the GM Service Update Number ..... https://gmauthority.com/blog/2023/0...vy-silverado-poor-transmission-shift-quality/

Service advisor called and said this doesn’t affect my truck despite it being a 2022 refresh TB with the same exact issue. Very frustrating. I haven’t found anywhere that actually defines what vehicles are effected by this bulletin.

I would call the gm customer service number in the gm authority article and question them about what vehicles are effected and how is the dealer excluding yours when you are obviously experiencing that issue.
