Looks great! Where did you buy them from? If you don't mind me asking
I have the same rails, love themHad to replace a rock slider. There are always questions about side steps. It is a personal choice about what suits your needs the best. Many steps and nerf bars take away from off road capability and even cause damage. In my case I run Go Rhino Dominator D6 rails. I love them because they are a combination true rock slider and step. They have a rail that covers the rocker panel and a step tube that sits slightly higher. They have prevented damage on my rocker panels many times. They take the hit so the truck doesn't. But in this case things got a little out of hand and I bent up the step tube. I don't care what the bottom of the rails look like but this was visible damage so I replaced it. Not the rails fault, I had a ton of weight riding on it. I highly recommend the Dominators. I bent it around 1:40 in the video above.
Kind Regards,
Steve

Good lookin truck. Very similar to mine. Where'd you get the black bowtie and black Chevrolet LT letters ? Or did you plastidip ?
Guess this photo answers my question if there were any holes behind the bowtie on the multiflex tailgate. Glad I didn't buy that lighted bowtie I had seen on ebay a while back!
That's why I ended up ordering my truck. The dealer couldn't find any with the multiflex except for a black one which I didn't want. It also made me decide to bump up to the 6.2 vs the 5.3 I had been looking for.I wish mine would've came with the multi pro tailgate.
Black bowtie on grill came from a certified GM dealer on the internet. Removed original black bowties with silver outline from grill and tailgate. Chose to leave bowtie off tailgate. Though it looked cleaner. Black letters on tailgate are original factory. Black Z71s up front and on grill were purchased from dealer. Trail Boss stickers on bed were also certified GM dealer on internet.Good lookin truck. Very similar to mine. Where'd you get the black bowtie and black Chevrolet LT letters ? Or did you plastidip ?
Bowtie and lettering on tailgate and Z71 on front sides are secured by adhesive. Removed with fishing line and took off adhesive with Goo Begone and a little elbow grease. Bowtie on grill does have snap fittings behind it. Great video on line on how to remove bowtie without removing entire grill.Guess this photo answers my question if there were any holes behind the bowtie on the multiflex tailgate. I ordered a truck and dealer screwed up my order. Almost went with a truck without the multiflex tailgate until my wise guy son told me that I wasn't getting any younger. He was right. The TB sits higher than my old Z71. If I keep this for as long as I did my last truck, I will be retired and wanting climbing into the back of that truck as easy as possible.I wish mine would've came with the multi pro tailgate.
nice setup. What size tires are you running and is it the stock 2in lift?
