Clicking behind rear seat

I have a 22-refresh trail boss with 9000. just started noticing a double-clicking noise. seems to be from behind rear seat and happens a lot when I slightly touch my turn signal arm, so it flashes a couple times for lane change. it's almost like a motor wining with a couple of loud clicks... Driving me nuts !
