Looking at coilover level kits for my 2022 LT, most of the trailboss kits say 1.5 inch level which would make the regular LT at 3.5 inchs in theory, so guess the question is would the trail boss rated leveling coilovers reduce the preload on springs for better ride instead of having to adjust regular LT to max to get same height

I just put the Cognito kit on with the Fox 2.0 coilovers front, rear 2.0 Fox shocks and new UCAs. I had the GM factory 2 inch lift (same as AT4/TB) on prior so this kit netted +1 inch up from that or +3 from bone stock. You can adjust the Fox coilover up higher for sure by cranking the preload. Getting another .5 inch would be no issue. I'm staying at +1 (+3 bone stock) to keep the CV angles looking good. I do have the extended AT4/TB CVs on this already. The ride quality with this kit is amazing. As good as the ride was stock, its much better on and off road now.

What wheels and tires are you running?

you CAN add some preload, but the ride quality drops off quickly, that said...you can get other coils from eibach.

What he said. I did the same, swapping out a previously installed ReadyLift SST 2”. I ended up keeping the rear block from the RL to maintain some rake. The difference in ride quality is materially better.
