I have a 2023 Trail Boss 1500 LT with the 6.2 with only about 10,000 miles on it. I just had the Readylift leveling kit installed and some new wheels/tires. I had 4 Wheel Parts over in Oakland do the work. I drove the truck home fine. Went ahead and washed the truck. Started it and drove down the highway to blow off the water and returned back home. Proceeded to dry off the truck and clean the inside. About an hour after that I went to go take it to the gym. The starter just keep going and no start. I didn't have my meter so I couldn't check battery voltage so put a trickle charger on over night. Still same thing this morning. I do not see a fuel pump relay or fuse in any of the boxes. I called the dealership and am waiting for a call back from service advisor. Figured while im waiting if anyone had any ideas would be appreciated!

Thank you!
Mark B

There should be a relay in the box immediately adjacent to the battery.
Thanks. Yea, the only relay in there related to fuel is fuel heater.

Just in case anyone else runs into this...the driver floor mat was barely pushing on the accelerator..it didnt even look like it was. Was causing the computer to think the engine was already running or something. Once i readjusted, started right up. And the dealer still has not called me back, big surprise.

Was the floor mat attached to the tabs on the floor that hold it in position? Assuming you have the factory Z71 plastic mats.

Ha.. I’m an old fart.. either didn’t have fuel, spark, or air… now it’s friggin 1000 different things with the computers!
Could've also been the negative cable for the starter that runs to the battery. It'll crank and crank, but won't start. Found this one by accident. I disconnected the battery to install some offroad lights. When I finished I reconnected the battery, but somehow managed to miss that cable. It was hiding next to the bottom of the battery on the side under the windshield. If I hadn't started scratching my head and looking more closely to figure things out I would've never found it. So trying to wrap my head around that one. How does a starter crank, but the engine not start when the electrical loop is broken? Oh, well. At least I figured it out. The real head scratcher was the truck would run if it was jumped. I had it jumped twice while I was trying to figure this one out.
