Did they give me the wrong floor mats?

The driver side all weather floor mat that was in the truck when I picked it up sits about 2" off the floor on the left side where the foot rest is. Is this normal? I can fit my entire hand behind it and it is really squishy when I step on it. Just doesn't seem right for an oem floor mat.

It's not installed right then. Pull it out and put it back in and make sure it tucks under the edge of the center part of the dash. It also snaps to the two buttons on the floor against the front of the seat.

That's the thing. they are snapped in to the 2 buttons in the back...

I'd ask for a new one or use a heat gun and make it right possibly.

I don't think Colorado floor mats are that close in size that they would almost fit. Looks like they are kinked up from being in a box.

I checked mine yesterday and they fit a lot tighter edge-to-edge. Might be just a bad set.
