Don’t start

My 2019 truck
Put the key try to start don’t crank
Want to take the key out don’t come off
Need to unplug batteries to take key off

Any ide

I had the same issue with a trailblazer I had owned. Make sure all wires on the battery are connected properly, and check for loose wires anywhere.
