exterior door handles

starting mods on my new to me trail boss and the first thing was wanting to do was replace the textured handles looking for some painted ones the ones on my custom are fading and wondering where to find a good set and how hard is it to remove door panels? thanks

I had picked up a set of gloss black stick on covers from ebay for about $20 when my truck was new and put them on as I didn't like the textured handles.

Yes, no complaints. I was afraid the double side tape that came on that might fall off in the heat, but no issues. The only small complaint is they don't completely cover the curve of the inner handle correctly. There's about 1/8" gap, but it's only noticeable if you are up close and looking at them.
