It felt like the day would never come but I finally received an early birthday present in the form of a new 2021 LT Trail Boss, delivered to my house from the dealership yesterday afternoon! I know there are countless horror stories about bad dealerships out there but I can honestly say I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle before. These guys saved my TB for over a month on a small $500 deposit to give my wife and I time to finish closing on a new house we were in the middle of buying. They also gladly installed running boards, fender flares, spray-in bedliner (better than the factory Chevy-trac IMO) and best of all black exhaust tips at my request while patiently waiting for us to close. Then to top it off, yesterday we were set to drive to the dealership an hour away when my wife was called into work unexpectedly, they had my TB delivered to our new house! They could have easily tried scheduling another day for us to come pick it up but they didn’t want us waiting any longer and arranged to have one of their guys deliver it to us.
I don’t know how common any of this is for anyone else’s buying experience, but we were lucky to find this small hometown dealership an hour away from us who truly went well above and beyond normal good customer service to take exceptional care of us! It was very refreshing seeing a smaller dealership who cares more about making relationships than they do about their bottom line, really gives that strong feeling I made the right choice switching from Toyota (had a Tacoma) and jumping on board with Chevy buying this Trail Boss!
