Foam cannon

I bought a $20 foam canon and washed my TB today. It worked ok. The foam pattern adjuster wouldn’t stay in one position. Always adjusting to a stream instead of the fan pattern I desired.
Worked better than a bucket wash. It was sunny and warm today so I had to wash/ dry it quickly. Much better if I had some shade. I could have slowed down.
Ill be returning the canon for a better one that doesn’t adjust itself

This is the one from Amazon I returned. I ordered a different slightly more expensive one. Hopefully it works better.

Chemical Guys version is what I have. Combined with their Honeydew Snow Foam. Best thing since sliced bread. Just make sure you add enough soap to the mixture. I usually have about an inch to an inch and a half on an empty bottle before the water is added. Not enough soap and it looks like your pic from yesterday.

I ordered this one. It has a different valve/nozzle so hopefully it functions properly.

Ammo NYC has a solid product line, and although I haven't tested or know someone who has tested out their soap aerator. Might be a route for it.

How much does Chemical guys one run, it is for a pressure washer correct? Also, does the PSI on the pressure washer matter mine is home model only about 2000PSI? Thinking about getting a foam cannone also, with the Ceramic coating on my truck my installer says car should always be hand washed. Never use automatic car washes.

I think that one runs around $70 for a kit. And I think directly to a hose, no pressure washer needed.

I think they have 2 versions. One for pressure washer and one for hose. Mine is pressure washer version and I haven’t adjusted the pressure. Seems to work fine. I think the home version pressure washer would work ok too.
