Hi Folks, I have a 2022 LT Trail Boss. I’ve been researching possible options for a front bumper replacement that has a upper bar/bull bar, parking sensor cutouts/compatibility and cutouts for fog/driving lights without success. I don’t need a winch attachment. My first choice (Fab Fours) won’t fit the 2022 according to the manufacturer, and nearly every other one I’ve seen will fit through 2021… but not the 2022.

Any suggestions? What’s so different from the 2021 to the 2022. It’s 2023 and there’s still minimal to no bumper options.

Thanks in advance!

If it's a 22 refresh truck with the updated front end and new interior, there are no options that I have seen anywhere. If it's the old style pre-refresh 22 then anything that will fit the 21 will fit it. It looks like yours is a 22 pre-refresh if that's your truck in your avatar.

If you have a pre-refresh 2022, the Fab Fours 19-21 bumpers will fit, regardless of what their site says. If you have a post-refresh 2022 (with the new interior and front grille), then the 19-21 bumpers DO NOT fit. However, the 22-23 bumpers are due to be released in May I believe. I will check on that and update this thread once I hear back.

I'm on the hunt for a bumper as well, mines the refresh model. Addictive Desert Designs is suppose to release one this year.

The Fab Fours Matrix front for 22-23 (refresh) trucks will be on the site and orderable next week.

EDIT: It's up now...

I just dont understand why they have to stick out so far, there is sooooo much room behind the factory bumper that there is no need to push an aftermarket bumper so far outward, even for a winch.

I don't know if they have a kit out yet for 22+ but I'm really happy with my Move Bumper... If you can weld or know someone who can, look into it. Great project! They also have a search link for local fabricators who are willing to weld it up for you. I found the mounting system to be less than what I wanted so I made my own that slides inside the truck frame and is cross bolted with the stock tow hook location on either side. Otherwise it is an awesome product. Warn 12K winch rounds it out.

check out the bumper for GMC Sierra at Addictive Desert Design. I believe it will fit the refreshed Silverados. Pax Power uses them for their wide body Silverado Jackal. https://www.addictivedesertdesigns.com/collections/2019-gmc-sierra-1500-front-bumpers
I really like there stuff, and have for a long time since everything tucks in nice and clean. If I ever went with an aftermarket bumper setup it would most likely be one of theirs, but I'm good with my setup for now :)

If you’re looking for a brush-guard style bumper replacement, or even a grille guard, Ranch Hand is about to release their full bumper replacement series, from what I hear. They already have the grille guards out for the 22-23 refresh, but those aren’t full bumper replacements, if that’s what you’re going for.

Do you know the overall length of the truck with your new bumper?

Approximately 19 feet, 9 inches from the rear bumper to the tow eyes and grill guard at the very front of the front bumper. I didn't account for the tow hitch receiver so another couple inches for that... I didn't do before and after measurements ( :ROFLMAO: )
but am happy to share my experiences if it'll help you out. Let me know!🤙
