Fuel burning too rich

I have noticed that I have black sute build up on my exhausts especially on the right one. Is my fuel burning too rich? If so, what is the cause? I have a 2021 6.2L Trailboss with only 3400 miles on it. Bought in December of 2021.

Nothing to worry about. Assuming you have an LT. The exhaust tips aren’t even connected to the exhaust system

And based on the discoloration and stains on my less than a year old truck that gets washed regularly, the exhaust "tips" or whatever you want to call the cheap plasti-chrome things in the bumper, they won't get any better with age!
