The ZR2 updates are pretty nice as well.

Some people will complain about the dropping of some pretty popular engine options but if you look at sales numbers they were pretty niche options. Despite my discomfort with the 4-banger in the Silverado Trail Boss, I love it in this application. It appears they are keeping the Silverado tune for the ZR2 trim and putting a slightly down-tuned version in the Trail Boss trim.

So let me be the 1st to welcome our Colorado Trail Boss friends to the forum.

The ZR2 version puts out impressive numbers from that little 4 banger, they actually did a great job on all the new models.. Lots of options.. I would think it should sell pretty well.. Great job GM

The new Colorados definitely look very nice; they look better than the new gen Frontiers.

I agree with that but understand why they want to maintain that differentiation. Fortunately it sounds like the quality issues that plagued the 8-speed have been addressed but I guess we'll see once this next gen gets into the wild.
