GM Bed Storage Boxes and Tonneau Cover

Has anyone found a solution for adding a Tonneau Cover after installing the GM Side Boxes pictured below? It's obvious that a retractable cover is out of the question, but has anyone added a solid flip type or Tri-Fold cover? I've also installed a Back-Rack which complicates matters. Below is a list of compatible manufactures from Back-Rack.

I'm willing to modify the boxes if needed. Just looking for some guidance or experience from someone who's tried adding a cover with the boxes.

Maybe a soft cover that rolls up, on top the bed instead of down into it?

I was looking for a solid top that was lockable as opposed to a soft non-lockable cover that can be cut open.

Maybe a Diamondback 180? I would contact them and see but that would give you primo access to the boxes you just installed…

it would not be hard to use a cover that the rail sits on and into he bedside...just drill and mount

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for but if you're looking to have tool storage that's locked and out of site and out of mind without sacrificing being able to carry something tall I swear by a rat pack.

I can carry all my tools and access them easily but still load a quad or dirtbike in the back no problem.
