GM Mud flaps with dealer wheel liners

Did anyone install the gm mud flaps with factory or dealer installed wheel liners?? It looks like the j-clips would go on the wheel liners cause otherwise how would u attach the wheel lines if the j-clips went on the body? THANKS

I guess I don't understand where you are talking. I put Husky wheel well liners on and GM Bowtie rear mudflaps. There is no J clip for the mudflap but I did have to drill one hole for each side for them to mount. The other 2 screws where where the plastic piece goes over the lower edge of the bottom of the fender.
