I own a 2022 TB LT and bought the truck to continue my beach fishing endeavors on the Tx. Gulf Coast. Recently, I had a 2” SST Ready Lift installed to give the truck more clearance for bigger tires. Today I had 285/75R18 Falken Widepeak AT3W tires installed on factory rims. One thing I have noticed with the 2” SST Ready Lift is the replacement upper control arm is massive and I only have 3/16” of clearance from the tire and control arm. I do not like much poke due to sand and shell being slung on the body panels. Is there a better solution than a 1/4” spacer to get the gap I need? Also, minimal rub inside the front of the wheel well at full chalk.

I have previously reached out to ReadyLift regarding this exact setup. They replied to use a 1/4"-1/2" spacer minimum to ensure you clear the upper control arm. As for the rub, it's recommended you get a mud flap delete kit. Rough Country has one for about $75. McGaughey's is another brand you can find. On Summit Racing that kit is $125.
