New to this forum. Glad I found it. Not new to wheeling a Chevy off road. My last truck was an 2004 Avalanch. Drove it for 16 years of hard use. Pulled a travel trailer all over western states and took it off road every chance I got. 175,000 miles and I put a water pump and a radiator on it. When it came time to replace it I did not not even look at Fords or Dodge. Why would I?

New ride is 2021 Chili Red TB LT. Got it mid December. 3,000 miles so far, several humdred of them are off road. Loving the new ride.

Nice. I am in Mesa. I picked mine up mid Dec as well. Where were those pics taken?

The shot with the big rocks is on the New River Trail. If you get off I-17 at Table Mesa Road and go East there is a 50 mile trail that comes out in the town of Cave Creek. Perfect to push limits of stock Trail Boss.

Second one is Solder Pass Trail in Sedona. Permit required, only 17 vehicles per day alowed. So awesome, beautiful ride.

I have only gone on the west side of the Table Mesa. Though, I am usually there to go shooting with the 4x4 being just a means to get to certain spots. I will have to try the east side sometime. I thought that second shot may have been Sedona due to the red clay and rocks.

I won't shoot on the West side anymore. Too many idiots. I took a ricochet round in the door of my Avalanche a few years ago.

There are some nice trails and roads on the East side. You can even get all the way to Sheep Bridge Crossing if you want to.
