HELO Wheels/ Rugged Trek tires for sale in Massachusetts

18x9 Helo wheels 6x139.7 - 0mm offset. Cooper Rugged Trek 275/70R18 (E) Rated 60,000 mile warranty tires.
Setup was on my 19 trailboss for 7 months and 7k miles was just gonna rotate for the first time when they came off. All 4 mounted balance with TPMS and the TPMS scan/activation tool will come with them.
2 sets of lugs also
