Holes in bedsides?

Anyone know what these holes are used for in the bedsides? It's like this on both sides.

That seems like a perfect match! I think I'll be looking up some rubber plugs to plug those empty holes.

i think the Molle mounts inside of the LED light area, the holes you see i believe are for the Multi Flex gate grab handle.

No. That's definitely incorrect. I don't have the multiflex tailgate, but due to the height of the truck and my Diflucan of climbing into the back I decided to add the grab handle. The holes for that to be installed are aligned with the left rear stake pocket. I've marked the locations for those holes in the attached 2 pics.
