Hood Deflector?

I’ve been looking for a hood deflector that doesn’t tape onto the hood. One like the style I’m used to in the past that attaches via bolts under the hood. Has anyone found/bought/installed one? I’m very hesitant to install the one I’ve purchased because I can just see gunk building up behind it with no way to clean it out. Seems like it would cause more harm than good over time.

Agree with you I installed AVS deflector that sits away from the hood. Information below got it off autozone. Its push inserts under hood and to clips and 3m tape on hood.

There are clips on each end that help keep it secured to hood. 3m tape keeps clips from any hood scratches.

I went wIth the Aeroskin II by AVS. Only comes matte I believe and only uses 3M adhesive. Wasn’t sure if I’d like the matte but it ties in well with my Lund bull bar.
