Infotainment system issues

2021 Custom TB with 40k miles. Infotainment system has been source of issues more than once.
- when disconnecting phone call, the caller information and call timer continues to stay on screen.
Call disconnects, but its annoying.
-radio turns off/on while using USB plug
-volume knob doesnt change volume (doesnt occur often). I have to turn truck off for several minutes to reset.
Called multiple local dealers but they have never heard of those issues...go figure.
The offered solution is to keep truck for several days to recreate issues.
Anyone else have these issues and found a solution?

I had issues with mine shutting off and restarting, after two weeks of this I removed the flash drive that I had plugged in and the problems went away. Plugged it in again a few days later and still working fine, not sure what the glitch was at the time.
