My 2022 Dark Ash Metallic refresh TB LT has finally made it to me after 10 months. So far I love it and will say it was worth the wait. I already put a short antenna on it, installed Lasfit LED license plate lights and reverse lights, full ceramic tint, and mud flap delete. I have a lot of small plans for it and it will be completely blacked out here soon with no chrome. I attached a few photos.

Nice color! Double check the hood where the plastic scoop meets the hood itself for paint chipping at the corners and the front. Bought mine last August (2022) and still waiting for warranty work to fix the hood defects.

Did they address the hood scoop n the later 22's? I know 23s have the felt buffer to keep the scoop from digging into the hood. Does yours have it. I ask because I'm picking up someone else's custom order that showed up a couple of days ago. I havnt gone to see it yet.

22TB6.2, I will check out my hood scoop this weekend when I give it a wash. So far I haven't noticed any paint issues by the hood scoop.

I have a 22 Refresh with the duramax and the hood scoop on my truck is slowly wearing through the paint on the back corners/front edges. It was rubbing just slightly at the back corners of the scoop, closest to the windshield, when I picked the truck up new, and I just noticed that it was rubbing through on the front edge when I was ceramic coating it this weekend.

@22TB6.2 did you say that you saw that a 22 TB had a felt “edge” between the scoop and the hood?

Beautiful truck, I’m glad it finally made it in! My order took 8 months…order wait times definitely aren’t like they used to be! Haha. I hope you’re loving the truck, it’s worth the wait!

I love it! I just need Pulsar to make the programmer for the refresh models to disable the stupid auto stop/start. I can't give a great reason as to why but I absolutely hate it hahaha.

I don’t blame you on that. I’m the same way…I’m sure it does a good job saving fuel, but in my mind it’s just causing excess wear on the engine, especially a diesel. I’ve gotten in the habit of hitting the button to turn it off every time I start the truck, so that’s my “system” to avoid it at the moment. Haha.

I ordered a 23 Duramax Yukon Denali 2 months ago. Doubt it will be built before the 24s start production then I ll wait longer and pay more. Oh well. I was born with nothing and I’ll go out with nothing
