I have been seeing videos of people installing these and how well they work. I’m just concerned with my warranty. What is your opinion on this option for the Trail Boss?

They attach with just a simple bracket and screw/nut. It also comes with new hoses. it would take 10-15 minutes to convert back to stock As long as you keep original hoses. Mine fills up about 3/4 full at about 5000 miles which is scary to think that much oil would normally be dumped back into the intake and valve area.

I have the UPR catch can on my '21 TB 6.2 with the drain kit seems to work great. This is the oil I have captured in 1247 miles. Looks to be under half an ounce.

Did they re-brand this to "J&L?" When I do a search on Summit, American Trucks, etc, I keep getting the J&L as the result. Any ideas?

I would highly recommend the UPR catch can. it has a 120z capacity and optional drain line kit (among other options) which I have that hangs down just behind the front bumper with a stainless steel valve makes draining the can so much easier. I would recommend a drain hose with a valve for whatever can you choose. Here is the link to the UPR can for the 6.2 and the 5.3

I purchased a 'open box' JLT catch can off eBay from some performance shop. All parts came with the kit, not a scratch on it, hadn't even been installed but was marked as 'dint/ding customer return'. Was like $30 off the original MSRP shown on every site. Installed, no hissing issue as some claim to have. Now I'm waiting to see if it collects any oil.

Have one of these on my Turbo S10 (just a cheap one) and had a JLT on my '13 Focus ST a few years back. I definitely recommend them for Direct Injection engines, unless you feel like opting for walnut blasting or fuel intake service cleaning more often then you should. Just DO NOT forget to check and empty it every so often!

Yep was rebranded , I bought one and when ya watch the install video they tell same product renamed

I have a 21 TB with 6.2 and the install looks different . The PVC injection point is on the front of the intake right behind throttle body..?

I got a better instruction from JLT on line all is well… I wrapped the lines with pipe insulation to kill the hiss ..sounds good to me , but I can’t hear sooo hard to say

Do they have one for the 2022 2.7 turbo? I can't seem to find one.
