RC 1.5in level with RC forged control arms part# 29501, Bora 1.25in wheel spacers, Bfg Ko2 285 65 20. The ride is much noticeably better than stock with the RC forged ucas. I had absolutely no rub with this set up (level, arms, and tires) prior to using the bora spacers. Once the bora spacers went on, I had to remove metal bracket behind fender liner and trim the mud flap a little bit. Zero rub at all now even at full lock.

Zone offroad 1.5 level. 295/65 yokahoma X-AT on factory 18's. RC upper control arms (strongly recommend) and RC 2" wheel spacers. Removed mud flap, no rub. Pulsar LT

Thanks. If I had a "redo", I would go with RC 1.5 level instead of zone. Auto 4wheel still works fine though. Overall I like the setup.

Do you have the part number and the company for the wheel spacers?

Brand of spacers is Bora. From what I've read, they're the best brand /quality you can get. I purchased them off a guy on Facebook.
I've looked them up and spoke with a guy from custom offsets and earlier this week and I believe they will be the ones I go with, he recommended 3/8" spacers for my setup but I might go 1/2" to be on the safe side, I'm just not to familiar to all this stuff and I'm trying to learn it and do my TB the proper way

Are we talking wheel spacers? A 1/2 inch spacer wont be noticeable at all.
A 3/8in is a total waste of money.

I understand their not much but I just need them to clear the new UCA's on the leveling kit, I don't want to do a bunch of cutting and modifications that I'm not familiar with

Of course now with these God awful hugh mirrors, I'm thinking I should try to make the truck have a wider stance, would you have any suggestions or thoughts on how I can do that?

Did you notice if the new RC UCA are closer to rubbing the tires than the Stock UCA?

Mine are close right now with some wildpeak 295/75 R18 and Im afraid the RC UCA will make them touch without a spacer

I keep on reading through all these leveling threads, watching Youtube videos, checking out the build profiles on Custom Offset's page, etc, etc, and still can't come to a solid conclusion on UCA clearance with stock 18" rims using either the Zone 1.75" or ReadyLift 2" SST with their respective UCA's. From what I can gather, either way you go, you'll either rub or it'll be extremely close using stock 18" rims. My research has shown that you'll want at least a 1/4" to 1/2" spacer, with the Bora hub-centric spacers being recommended to keep the load off the lugs. It also appears the stock lugs are long enough to safely accomodate a reasonable spacer.

My goal is a moderate lift/level using either the Zone 1.75 or the RL SST with upgraded UCA's, a slight increase in tire size to say a 33-34" with a 10.5-11" width (prefer a slimmer tire in snow country) on the stock 18" rims. No rubbing/trimming preferred, and the ability to not compromise the use of 4auto would be fantastic.
