I have a 2020 LT Boss factory. Time for new tires so I’m leveling the front also. Thinking on a 1.5 strut spacer to level.
Has anyone used these or do you have to get control arms also ?

Also the factory tire is 275/60/20. I want a more aggressive stance so looking for recommendations. Thanks

I can’t speak for everyone but I think most would agree anything over stock height would recommend new upper control arms. As far as levels the most popular on here seem to be readylift 1.75 or 2.0 SST, Zone, or changing to ride height adjustable shocks from bilstein or fox.

Can’t comment on 20” max tire size as I have 18” and pay more attention to those threads. Wealth of information on here, use the search feature and enjoy.

I have a 19 custom. I did an RC 1.5" leveling and bumped to 35x12.5x20 (from 18"). I did have to trim my front flaps and get a rub fully turned(rarely ever turn it that much anyway). My flaps are still mounted by the factory screws. I did not get UCAs as it won't see much aggressive terrain. I would've done a lift instead but my garage is too low. Good luck, I have a lot of pics posted

I installed the 2” Ready Lift SST. ONLY USED THE PARTS FOR THE FRONT.
I wanted the back stiffer for hauling a trailer so I added 2 Skyjacker leaf’s per side. Had to cut to length. Installed everything myself. Easy DIY job.
Love the look. Almost time for new tires. Will add bigger tires soon.

I have a 2023 LT Trailboss, so not sure on the differences with the 2020. I got the Readylift SST 2.0 (2.0 inch to the front, 1 inch to the back). A lot of people like to just do the 2.0 front and skip the bigger block in in back, but I did both. Has about 1 inch rake instead of factory 2. Ended up liking it better personally than full level. 295/60r20 (33.9 inches). It had a small rub in the front fender well rear mudflap, only at full lock/compressed. Trimmed the center/inside of the mudflap, and you can't see it from the outside unless you look inside and look for it.

Looks good. Any issues to report with the level? Does the AWD mode still function as it should?

I went with the ReadyLift SST 2.0. It comes with new UCAs. I absolutely agree with earlier posts, if you lift the front, you will change the angle of the UCA and just about every instance of these trucks having issues with UCAs is due to a lift w/the stock UCAs since the angle change puts too much strain on them. For tires/wheels, I was able to get 35's on 20x10 w/a -24 offset. Minor trim of the mudflap and tuck the wheel liner a bit and not a bit of rub at full turn.

WSM, are you experiencing any using the AWD function since putting in the kit? Some guys are reporting issues with just that particular function of the 4x4 system. No issues being reported with 4 hi or low. The truck looks amazing. Love the stance.

If a spacer kit is the plan, go with the Zone Off Road kit. At least look into it and consider. I think they have the best solution for the AT4/TB situation. Not all spacer kits are created equal. Zone gave some deep thought to the unique geometry issues with leveling up the AT4/TB. You can read up on it and watch a few of their videos on Youtube. Also, their kits come with a warranty for your suspension, not just the kit parts. That itself no one else offers that I'm aware of other than their sister company BDS and both Zone and BDS are Fox owned.
