Anybody else have problems with not being able to turn headlights off while driving? yes I know to turn the knob, but when driving they will not turn off. Also every time I turn on my fog lights my headlights come on day and night. So I am never able to run with just running lights and fog lights, its always everything. And yes I know what button is fog lights. Anybody else have this problem.

Did you buy it new? If it came from Canada there is a law there that requires lights to be on all the time. I found this out on my Avalanche. The "turn the knob to off" doesn't work on it either.

Hmm seems odd then unless the light sensor on the dash is bad or disconnected.

Thats what i thought about maybe an hour ago. Either a bad sencor or the knob is disconnected for the off position .

My 2009 2500HD was like that. I could turn the lights off but as soon as I put it in drive they would come back on and stay on, no matter what. My 21 TB I can turn the lights out and drive with zero lights on, even when it’s dark out so I don’t think it is a sensor problem.

My 2500 was built in USA but the first sale was in BC so that makes sense. Built in America doesn’t mean sold in America.
