I just bought a 2024 Chevrolet LT Trail Boss 5.3 a few weeks ago and I’m looking to change my exhaust ASAP. What’s the BEST exhaust to put on it? Borla Attack? AWE? Corsa?

my best was to install a bypass pipe(muffler delete). I didn't want to spend a $1000 or more on exhaust so I spent $110. I doubt you wanted this feedback, it's just my opinion. go cheap and if I didn't like it I wold upgrade.

Thank you! Definitely something I’d consider.

SS Headers, H-Pipe w/ Cat Deletes, dual straight SS exhaust pipe out back, and tune!

I went with a custom design that I had a local shop set up.

“Pypes” high flow cats into 3 inch stainless true dual with a 3 inch x pipe then into a set of Spintech super pro street 9000 mufflers then out the back with Wedson 3” in 4 inch out quad tips.

Total cost was about 1200 for labor and all parts . I didn’t cheap out because I keep my trucks until I can’t. That being said I know that’s a big expense, but it sounds killer. Exactly how a v8 should sound IMO.

In storage for winter here in WI. My off road toy. Sorry. Spring :D.

On my 6.2, I did a delete pipe first...got tired of the drone. Went with a true dual Borla s-type...superb sound and just right when I want it to be.

I have other 4WD vehicles that I don't care if rusty from salt.

I went with Flowmaster American Thunder from American Truck. Great sound. It’s advertised for $999 but I got it for $549. Not sure what happened but I’ll take the pricing issue.
With the exhaust change, the truck threw a code because of the active exhaust valve being inoperable. Installed an override plug from Paragon that solved the code issue.

I have the same truck I just installed a borla s type it’s loud on cold start a little bit loud while driving but I don’t mind hope this helps

I went with the Rough Country catback exhaust with the dual black tips. Very easy install and cost around $800 I think when I put it in. 4yrs later still running great and sounds awesome.
If you’re somewhere that gets a lot of salt on the roads, may not be the best choice based on what I’ve read about the steel used. No issue in Arizona.
