Just started looking for a kit or options to convert my passenger seat from manual to power .... any ideas.

Pretty sure the only way to do this is to replace it. Go to Car-part.com and search for a power passenger seat.

Also might try truck yards and eBay for wrecked/totaled vehicles you can scavenge.

Have to buy a used one and if it's not a lt model or above you'll need a will harness adapter form doctor harness, look it up on you tube. I did mine in 2021 RST ,lumber and heated pwr Blk cost about 600 not cheap.
