I just put a deposit on an LT trail boss yesterday so I figured I would join, it should be here sometime this week. (although I might delay picking it up for a week or two just because of timing) Can't wait to have it in the driveway. I was going back and forth on Ram rebel diesel but with ram discontinuing the ecodiesel after 23 I decided to go chevy. Truck will be mine/ my wife's daily and occasional offroad camping and occasional tow rig for my viper. Will post pictures as soon as it arrives! Also I'm from the Portland OR area

Finally picked it up over the weekend!…First impressions are, MAN new trucks are so nice! Adaptive cruise control works flawlessly, it has an extremely comfortable ride, and the built in google nav works fantastically. The 10 speed and baby duramax are a buttery smooth combo with plenty of power and we averaged just over 25mpg for the 450 mile trip! (Mixed highway at 60-80mph and city lots of stop and go, and driving up and down mountain passes)

Loving this thing so far for being my first truck, my first diesel and the first automatic I’ve ever owned! Now I just need to get a trailer for my viper to see how the baby duramax tows!

Congrats on the new TB, the Sand Dune seems to becomeing popular, and amazing turnaround getting the truck in a week or two these days. Mine is finally suppossed to be here this Saturday, Dark Ash with the Duramax 3.0 too. Did you take advantage of the $1000 accessories offer from GM, I want to but don't know what to get, since mine already comes with most of the things I normally add like steps, spray on bed liner, wheel liners, etc. I am thinking a hard cover for the bed? or some of the cargo accessorries, but not sure if those will get me to the limit.

I got lucky that I found one localish to me that was on its way to being delivered to the dealer and purchased it. As for the 1000 on accessories I didn't end up getting it as I "traded the 1000 accessories" for another 1000 off the vehicle as the dealer said its a pain in the ass dealing with the accessories thing for them. I was looking at getting the rocknroll tonnaue cover originally though. It's 1500 but I figured it was well worth paying an an extra 500 for it. I'm going to order it soon anyway.

Fantastic color. My other favorite color now is the cherry tinitcoat or w/e it is called. Anyway, nice ride brother, enjoy!

got my running boards in this weekend GoRhino D6

I’ve been looking at these. But still haven’t decided between them or the Nfab hoop steps.
Was the install easy?
extremely easy! First side once everything was unpacked Maybe 20 minutes, other side took about 15minutes

Edit: you can actually add the hoop style steps to these if you want a 2nd step

Did not know that. I really like them. The more I look at yours I think I’m gonna get them. I’ve seen them priced for about $500

The drop steps to add to the D6
